Alexandria PADIAS course 2017 will be held on October 5, November 2, and November 30. This is a free seminar aimed at improving U.S. patent prosecution skills.
PADIAS textbook (U.S. Patent Application Drafting and Infringement Avoidance Strategies – PADIAS) was published in Japan in September 2017 from the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry. The book was authored by Benjamin Hauptman and Kien Le.

Benjamin Hauptman was a panelist at the 2017 Taiwan Intellectual Property Training Academy (TIPA) International Conference in Taipei. Mr. Hauptman spoke on the subject of Patents and Innovation: Trends and Policy Challenges while imparting his expertise on the topics of Patent Filing Trends and Strategies and Impacts of Emerging Technologies. This all day conference was held at the International Convention Center at National Taiwan University.
PADIAS textbook (S. Patent Application Drafting and Prosecution Strategies) was published in P.R. China in August 2017 from Intellectual Property Publishing House Co., Ltd. The book was authored by Benjamin Hauptman and Kien Le.
