James (Jim) Paige has fifteen years of extensive experience in preparing and prosecuting U.S. and PCT patent applications in a wide variety of electronic, electrical, computer science, and mechanical arts. He is proficient in preparing and interpreting infringement, validity, and patentability opinions, licensing agreements, and litigation documents. Also, well versed in trademark, copyright, and Internet technology practices.

Jim is an avid CrossFitter and has competed in CrossFit® competitions. He is very active and enjoys mud runs, biking, and weight lifting. Jim also enjoys writing and will be publishing his first book later this year. Jim also volunteers at his church and consults various community organizations from time to time.
Jim is a U.S. registered patent attorney and licensed attorney in Minnesota. He started his electronics education in the U.S. Navy Submarine Service where he graduated at the top of his class in basic circuit theory and design and navigation electronics. He went on to graduate with distinction from Iowa State with his degree in Electrical Engineering and then with honors from Drake University Law School.
