Dr. Lee’s practice focuses on preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the fields of materials science, electrical engineering, and chemistry. He holds a bachelor’s degree in materials science and engineering from Kyungpook National University, a Ph.D. in electronic materials from the same university, and a LL.M. from the University of Minnesota Law School.

Practice Highlights and Technologies

Having spent over ten years of his career as a researcher with companies (LG and Hyundai Groups) and Research Institute (Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute, ETRI), he has gained extensive and practical knowledge and expertise in the fields of photovoltaic devices, semiconductors, display devices, and batteries. Moreover, he is a named inventor of 26 registered patents and has had his research published in 13 scientific journal articles highlighting his expertise. He was an adjunct professor at Kyungpook National University.
