Mr. Auchterlonie has over 22 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications for U.S. and foreign clients in the electrical, software, internet, business methods, and mechanical arts.

In addition, he has over 3 years of experience as a Patent Examiner for the USPTO in an Art Unit dedicated to examining sophisticated applications of software-based control to vehicles, e.g., engine control, power distribution, anti-lock braking, automatic transmission, air-bag actuation, vehicle guidance, etc.

Mr. Auchterlonie conducted seminars and lectured on topics related to application drafting and prosecution in the U.S.A., Korea and Japan.
