Ms. Geissler has been practicing law for over fifteen years in trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings. She counsels clients, especially Asian clients on their branding strategies in the United States. She works closely with the clients by providing cost-effective and practical advice through her extensive experience and multicultural background. Before joining the firm, she has worked in large, respected law firms in Beijing, Tokyo and Washington, DC advising clients on matters involving cross-border transactional and investment matters relating to IP rights.
