Kwang Yup Chae • Senior Associate


Kwang Yup Chae, an associate attorney, born in Seoul, Republic of Korea focuses his practice on intellectual property matters, including preparation and prosecution of U.S. federal trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He counsels clients on a broad spectrum of related intellectual property matters in the inter parte proceedings and ex parte proceedings. Mr. Chae has administrative experience in the field of U.S. patent prosecution, and litigation in the U.S. federal courts. Mr. Chae is admitted to the New York State Bar.
