My Lynch has more than 30 years of experience representing U.S. and foreign clients in all phases of preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical, software, Internet, business methods, and mechanical arts. He is also well-versed in trademark, copyright, and Internet technology practices.

Mr. Lynch holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a concentration in analog and RF electronics from the University of Tennessee, and a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He is admitted to practice in Tennessee and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

David enjoys attending concerts and sporting events, especially college football games. David is also a hiking and whitewater rafting enthusiast.

Mr. Lynch has over 10 years of engineering experience in the aerospace industry working with radar systems and radar-guided missiles systems.

David’s intellectual property experience includes a broad range of technologies including wireless telecommunication systems, home and broadband networks including gateways, modems, routers, headend systems, set-top boxes, home networking products, digital signal processing, artificial intelligence, electronic commerce systems and methods, smart devices and vehicles, computer storage systems and databases, printers, and medical products.

Mr. Lynch has also prepared opinions concerning patent validity, infringement, and freedom-to-operate.
